Ben Clarkson Exhibition Opening @ minute gallery
opening thursday 26th may @ 6pm

Curated by Rachael Parsons

minute gallery presents Canadian based artist and illustrator Ben Clarkson's series of work 'In The Woods" a series of digital images that explore the differences between imagination and reality within digital environments.

This body of work stems from my interest in cosmology, phenomenology, and quantum physics. The human experience, from an anthropic perspective, is a rare and beautiful phenomenological experience. The fact that there is something, rather than nothing, and that it is understandable, is from a physical science perspective, quite rare and miraculous. The aesthetics of this work are intended to portray my peers, friends, and loved ones as elements, and consequences of an elegant cosmos. How we as humans relate to our cosmos, to the reality of what's in front of us, is the source of all wonder.
